OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Founder and Director
Fab is the founder and director of Fully Psych Mental Health Services. She has more than 15 years of clinical experience in treating both adults and children using a variety of therapy methods. She has extensive experience working with different individuals, companies, NGOs, schools, government, churches, and other stakeholders. She has trained numerous aspiring mental health professionals, shared her expertise, and helped them refine their skills to deliver quality mental health care.
Currently, she is one of the regional consultants of the Regional Child Placement Committee at the DSWD-4B Region, contributing her insights and knowledge for the benefit of the welfare of children. For numerous times, she has been invited to speak at events all over the Philippines and has made appearances in several radio and online programs. She has also helped both international and local organizations in designing therapeutic workbooks for children/adolescents. Aside from this, she developed psychometric tests for Filipino workers measuring their holistic well-being and resilience with the help of her research team.
Over the years, Fab has had the honor and privilege of seeing real change in thousands of clients. She is highly skilled in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and many other mental health concerns.

Nadine Ace Bober Co-Founder and Marketing Director
Nadine is a founding and managing partner of Fully Psych, bringing over 15 years of experience as a marketing manager with a specialized focus on brand awareness, digital communication, and marketing management. While she often works behind the scenes, her contributions have been vital to the inception and growth of Fully Psych.
Driven by a deep passion for mental health, Nadine has leveraged her marketing expertise to spearhead campaigns that raise awareness and challenge misconceptions about mental health. She is dedicated to using her skills to promote the importance of mental well-being and to help de-stigmatize the topic.
Nadine holds an honors degree from the University of the Philippines-Baguio and has MBA coursework units at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

Keene V. Calipara, Managing Director, Certified Resilience Coach, High Adversity Training Instructor, IKMF Krav Maga Instructor
Keene is the Business Development Director and Resilience Coach at Fully Psych as well as the founder of GSOG-RTC, showcasing his deep commitment to supporting others in both coaching and emergency response.
Certified as a Resilience Coach through Driven Resilience Australia, he empowers individuals with the tools and strategies necessary to thrive through adversity. His approach to resilience is rooted in both mental and physical strength, demonstrated by his International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) Philippines Practitioner-Level 4 certification.
With a rare combination of expertise in resilience coaching, Krav Maga, and humanitarian work, Keene stands as a pillar of strength, providing invaluable support and leadership to communities and organizations alike.

Dr. Rodel P. Canlas, PhD, RPsy, RPm Senior Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Canlas holds the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from the UST-Graduate School, where he graduated with Latin honor of Cum Laude. Before this, he completed his Master's degree from the same school with the honor of Magna Cum Laude. Back in college, he was a consistent scholar and student leader. Concerning professional affiliation, Dr. Canlas is the Public Relations Officer (PRO) and board member of the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing - Philippines. Similarly, he is an officer and a board member of the UST Graduate School Alumni and Grants Association Inc. Further, he is a member of the following organizations; the Association of Sports andExercise Psychologists of the Philippines (ASEPP) and Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP). Moreover, he is the Chairman of the Sports and Exercise Psychology - Special Interest Group of the PAP.
In terms of professional background, Dr. Canlas is one of the firsts to be licensed as a psychologist and psychometrician. He also works as a psychotherapist of Porta Coeli Center for Pastoral Counseling and Psychotrauma Management, and as a sports psychology consultant of the Philippines Sports Commission (PSC).
In the academe, he had served as an instructor and/or professor for the following schools; Holy Angel Univerity, San Sebastian College, University of the East, and San Beda College. Currently, Dr. Canlas is devoting his self in service to the University of Santo Tomas as a faculty member both at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as the Point Person of the UST- Graduate School Psychotrauma Clinic, and a clinical psychologist of the UST Health Service.
Dr. Carinez Dela-Cruz Fajarito PhD, RPsy, RPm Senior Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Fajarito obtained her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Santo Tomas, Magna Cum Laude. At the same school, she finished her master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Cum Laude. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of the Philippines (Extension Program in Pampanga), Cum Laude.
As a practicing psychologist, Dr. Fajarito has been handling clients with mental health concerns since 2008. She is a certified and trained therapist of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), one of the psychotherapies she uses for her clients. Currently, she is a consultant and psychotherapist at PhilCare, and senior psychologist at FullyPsych.
She is also a member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP). Besides being a practicing psychologist, she had taught Psychology courses both in the Undergraduate (Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Manila, De La Salle University Araneta, and Holy Angel University), and Graduate School programs (Far Eastern University-Manila and Holy Angel University). Currently, she continuously teaches Psychology courses for both master's degree and doctorate degree programs of Holy Angel University.
With regard to research, she was a faculty researcher at Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Manila. She presented several studies in both national and international conferences. She also published researches at both national and international journals, of which one is Scopus-indexed. Most of her researches pertain to Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.

Jasmine Frances Burgos, RPm, RPsy Internship Manager and Mental Health Clinician Associate
Jas has completed her Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology at De La Salle University, Manila. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree (cum laude) from the same university. She is also a registered psychometrician (2019 board topnotcher - third place). As a researcher, she has co-authored publications on positive psychology, positive education, culture, and well-being. Her clinical experience includes working with adolescents and young adults with depression and suicidal ideation. Under supervision, she conducts psychological assessments and provides individual and group therapy sessions.

Love Aiza B. Escapalao, LPT, RPm , MA Cand Mental Health Clinician Associate
Love is a graduate of bachelor's degree in psychology at the Philippine Normal University, cumlaude. She is currently taking up her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology at De La Salle University, Manila. She provides individual and group psychotherapy sessions. She does counseling and psychosocial support services. She has also worked with adolescents with suicidal ideation and depression. Aside from these, she also has experience in academic settings. She is a licensed professional teacher at the Department of Education, Cavite.

Noriko May N. Manarin, RPm, LPT, CHRA Mental Health Clinician Associate
Noriko May Manarin completed her bachelor's degree in Psychology at De La Salle Lipa and graduated as Cum Laude. After finishing her degree, she became a guidance facilitator in Batangas State University-Malvar Campus handling college students. After a year, she was given an opportunity to be a school principal and acting guidance counselor in Montessori East Tanauan where she handled children, its parents, and teachers. She is currently finishing her master's degree in Psychology major in Clinical Psychology at De La Salle University-Manila, with electives on Industrial Counseling and Employee Assistance Program, and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support. She has also been conducting psychological first aid, mental health and psychosocial processing, and being a resource speaker to various institutions.
